- Our bakery is locally owned and operated on Rt. 2 in Middlesex. We make a variety of hearth-baked, long fermented, certified organic breads. Our pastries make use of a number of local ingredients including butter from VT Butter and Cheese, apples from Champlain Orchards, and maple syrup from Von Trapp Farm. Everything is freshly baked for market days.
